They are currently undertaking a program of work to update and refresh their IT infrastructure, including adding new system functionality, capability, and a migration of services into AWS.

The key requirements for this role are:

1. Proven experience in a Technical Author role.
2. Working knowledge of modern IT technologies.
3. Experience producing technical diagrams using the appropriate software toolset.
