We are seeking a Technical Author with experience in a software delivery environment to contribute to high-quality product documentation for our customers. You will manage the production and maintenance of user guides, release notes, and product enhancements, working closely with product, development, and support teams to create reference materials that clarify software features and functionality.
Joining our Service Management department, you will have a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills. Your role involves creating and reviewing technical documentation for diverse audiences, with a focus on continuous delivery and meeting deadlines.

The salary range for this role is £30,000 to £40,000 per annum. Your growth within CDL depends on your ambition and effort.
