About this role

At this emerging East London studio, you will join at middle management level to deliver some amazing sustainable retrofit schemes, streamline technical production, and elevate the built quality of projects across the practice in a central role. This role suits an architect with considerable workplace delivery experience, passionate about detailing, technical troubleshooting, and training staff. The studio boasts a relaxed office environment, good client relationships, and opportunities for quick progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of high-profile commercial workplace schemes at stages 3-6.
  • Report to the director on project output and timelines.
  • Mentor staff, share knowledge, and lead training sessions.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Produce and manage technical drawing packages.
  • Supervise site works.
  • Contribute to team dynamics with effective communication.

Skills and Experience

  • Fully qualified Part III Architect with project leading experience.
  • Experience delivering high-quality UK commercial workplace projects up to £30 million, including new builds and retrofits.
  • Strong technical skills with experience at RIBA stages 4-6.
  • Confident, ambitious, with excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
