Job summary

ATG Productions is seeking a Technical Assistant Stage Manager for a first-class touring production. You will work closely with the Company Stage Manager, Stage Manager, Deputy Stage Manager and Assistant Stage Managers, supporting rehearsals and maintaining an on-stage SM track.

You will supervise get-ins and get-outs from a production perspective, cover other ASM tracks as needed, and ensure performances run smoothly across venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in stage management for touring productions.
• Availability for all performances and rehearsals.
• Experience working with CSM/SM/DSM/ASMs is preferred.

Your duties and responsibilities will be those normally expected of a Technical Assistant Stage Manager on a first-class touring production, as such expression is usually understood. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Working with Company Stage Manager (CSM), Stage Manager (SM), Deputy Stage Manager (DSM), and Assistant Stage Managers (ASMs), assisting at company rehearsals where required, being responsible for an SM on-stage track, serving as the stage management representative for all get-ins and get-outs, supervising the get-ins and get-outs from a production perspective, and covering other ASM tracks when needed by the production.

Applicants must have experience on a touring production in a similar role.
The successful candidates must be available for all performances and rehearsals.
Weekly Fee: £720/week, above UKT/Equity minimums plus touring allowance in line with UKT rates and travel
