Property Services are seeking to recruit a Technical Assistant within the Energy and Building Services Team.

In the role of Technical Assistant you will provide technical and administrative support in terms of compliance electrical maintenance generally and statutory electrical maintenance particular, by undertaking: analytical; process development; training; auditing; promotional; and project activities, to support the team in achieving its goals on behalf of the Council and deliver a high standard of service to client departments.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a determination to succeed and deliver first class results with a strong customer focus. Ability to apply logical, analytical and problem solving techniques to deliver efficient solutions and effective decisions. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
