We provide courses in nine foreign languages and academic English across a range of levels as credit-bearing modules for UCL degree students. Evening language courses are also available to UCL students, UCL staff and London’s wider academic and professional community.

About the role

The main purpose of the role is to provide tailored first-line ICT and AV support to CLIE’s Teaching and Professional Services staff, in liaison with the CLIE Head of ICT. This includes maintaining and developing IT and AV systems, supporting academic materials creation, and ensuring the smooth operation of technical resources. The role involves a combination of technical support, maintenance, training, and project work to enhance the student learning environment and support language teaching and learning.

This post is 0.8 FTE. The salary is UCL Grade 6 spinal point 22 (£35,930 per annum pro rata, including London Allowance).
