A leading service provider in the UK is seeking a motivated Technical Assistant to support the maintenance and repair of biomedical devices. This role involves working closely with Biomedical Engineers, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, and involves responsibilities such as planned preventive maintenance, administrative tasks, and stock management. The ideal candidate has experience in a technical field, strong communication skills, and a full UK Driving Licence.
We are looking for a motivated Technical Assistant to join our team, supporting the maintenance and repair of a wide range of biomedical devices across specified sites. You'll work closely with your manager and Biomedical Engineers to ensure all service targets and KPIs are achieved, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build your technical skills within a supportive, team-focused environment, working under MTS's Quality Management System (QMS).
