We are seeking a proactive Technical Assistant to support the Technical and Product Management teams in ensuring customer requirements are met while maintaining high standards of product quality and compliance. This role offers excellent exposure to key areas of technical management, product development, and quality assurance in a fast-paced, dynamic supply chain. Responsibilities

• Support Technical and Product Managers to ensure customer and product requirements are met
• Maintain and update customer and technical team data, including KPIs, packaging specifications, and approved supplier lists
• Support new product launches and seasonal changeovers
• Conduct visits to growers and service providers to support quality management and compliance
• Promote a customer-focused and collaborative approach in all activities

Qualifications

• Educated in Food Safety, Agriculture, or a related discipline
• Understanding of quality and technical standards within the fresh produce or food industry
• Proficient in Power BI or similar data analysis tools
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams
