A prominent service provider is looking for a Technical Assistant to support biomedical device maintenance across sites in Kent. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive approach to customer service. Technical Assistant
Location: Kent Community Workshops (and other MTS/customer premises as required)
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 or 08:30–17:00)
Salary: £25,375 per year
We are looking for a motivated Technical Assistant to join our team, supporting the maintenance and repair of a wide range of biomedical devices across specified sites. You’ll work closely with your manager and Biomedical Engineers to ensure all service targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build your technical skills within a supportive, team-focused environment, working under MTS’s Quality Management System (QMS).
You’ll have at least 1 years' experience in a biomedical engineering or similar technical field and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
