Role Overview
Technical Asset Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, lifecycle management, and operational performance of physical assets across the assigned portfolio. This includes ensuring asset data integrity, optimizing asset performance, and supporting compliance with statutory and client-specific maintenance requirements. The role plays a critical part in driving data-led decision-making and continuous improvement in asset management practices.
While the role reports to Account EMEA Technical Services Lead(s), the role is structured toto collaborate with Facilities Managers across multiple countries in EMEA region on the Account on a day-to-day basis for data gathering, carry out technical analysis and manage periodic technical reporting to EMEA Technical Services Lead(s).
