Salesforce is currently seeking hands-on Technical Architects to join our Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group (CSG). The Technical Architect leads the technical implementation of complex, enterprise-grade solutions. They serve as active "Core Platform" practitioners, using their deep Salesforce Core (Sales/Service Cloud + Platform) expertise, coding proficiency, and enterprise integration knowledge to build robust architectures across the broader Salesforce product set.
Technical Architects are strong technical communicators and builders who are able to paint a clear technical vision and lead the execution from the ground up. They are responsible for ensuring the platform is secure, highly performant, and technically ready for enterprise AI usage. On a day-to-day basis, they interact with solution architects, developers, and project managers in agile frameworks to translate business needs into technical reality—effectively designing, testing, and deploying complex code and integration patterns.
Technical Architects are stewards of technical excellence. They engage with engineering, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure the technical solutions drive the most effective achievement of value objectives. They also contribute to internal thought leadership by defining coding standards (Apex, LWC, Flows) and environment management best practices.
