About the role

Benefact Group, are looking for a Dynamics 365Technical Architectto join our Gloucesteroffice.

You will support and leadthe design of D365 solutions that meet business and customer requirements, aligning to architecture and implementation best practices, standards and principles. This role bridges engagement between solution architecture and engineering teams, to advise on implementation approach and best use of platform to achieve strategic organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and technically author appropriate solution designs, ensuring fit-for-purpose, balancing technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints
  • Creation and adoption of low-code standards, security and implementation practices and technology toolchain
  • Provide technical consultancy for D365 platform
  • Lead on proof of concept and innovation work where required, either independently, leading a team or with delivery partners
  • Act as a technology and development practice coach and mentor
Knowledge, skills and experience
  • Extensive experience and in-depth technical knowledge of the D365 platform and Microsoft cloud
  • Experience of working as an architect, working alongside engineering teams, solution & enterprise architecture
  • Experience of enterprise integration practices, data management, CI/CD, test automation and platform monitoring
  • Experience of technical authoring, developing and embedding coding standards, patterns and practices
  • Strong communicator with the ability to converse and translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Microsoft D365 Architect certified
  • Familiar with scaled agile delivery and CI/CD practices
  • Experience in general insurance or financial services is desirable but not essential
