Job summary

LOM architecture and design in London is seeking technical architects to join its team on a range of complex architecture and interior design projects.

The practice is an AJ100 with international work and a commitment to collaboration, learning and delivery. The role is full-time on-site at our Shoreditch studio, with one hybrid day per week.

Applicants should have 2–5 years post-qualification experience and strong Revit skills. We offer ongoing learning, CPD opportunities and career development.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record across RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
• Experience on interior and architectural projects is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Experience using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage workloads.

Responsibilities

• apply strong technical expertise to resolve complex detail and construction coordination challenges
• prepare technical drawings, specifications across a range of project typologies and scales
• coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams
• support compliance with UK Building Regulations and fire safety requirements
• use Revit to maintain coordinated technical information across projects
