Position: Technical Architect (Associate Manager)

Location: Newcastle

Note: Due to the nature of client work, you will need to undergo a Security Clearance process, which requires 5+ years UK address history at application.

Role Responsibilities:

• Review and integrate application requirements including security, performance, and operations.
• Review and integrate technical architecture requirements.
• Contribute to hardware, network, system software, and security decisions.
• Mentor and lead a small team of technical specialists.
• Work in a hybrid client-facing/internal role.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Scala/Java 8 and Mulesoft.
• Knowledge of AWS (Amazon Cloud).
• Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Understanding of business and user needs, software architecture principles, and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience designing and delivering complex solutions.
• Ability to identify and evaluate new technologies.
• Subject matter expertise in tools, technologies, or industries, with ability to translate requirements into design documentation.
• Understanding of software and integration design patterns.
