Job description

Key responsibilities:

1. You will have a very broad experience of Enterprise Technologies, having previously worked in a wide variety of SME roles.
2. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all business levels, including everyone from the CEO to Technical SMEs.
3. Your skills will include the ability to work individually and as part of a focused team.
4. You will have the ability to translate business requirements into technology, service, and security deliverables.
5. As part of this, you will be able to identify risks and propose mitigations.
6. You will have practical knowledge of security and risk.
7. You will demonstrate experience in producing proposals and justifying the value of technology strategies to senior business audiences.
8. You will have experience in supporting and designing mission-critical infrastructure solutions across a wide variety of technologies.
9. You will be able to self-start tasks and prioritize your workload on a day-to-day basis.

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

1. Support, implementation, and solution design exposure to core technologies (Windows, Linux, Web, Middleware, Database, Security Gateways, LAN/WAN Networking) and specifically MuleSoft API management is essential.
2. Experience of designing secure, high-performing, highly available technology solutions is essential.
3. IT Security and risk experience as part of an architecture role is essential.
4. Experience of working in a highly regulated environment (e.g., Financial Services) is an advantage.
5. Relevant technical and business qualifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) are desirable but not essential.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, including the ability to assess the audience and pitch/influence appropriately.
7. Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment processes/methods/tools is desirable.
8. Knowledge of workplace transformation, IAM, app modernization, and integration.
