Job Description:

The Role

Each year we take on a number of apprentices to work within the specialist building services industry. Our positions suit self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals who possess:

  • A minimum of grade 4 in English, Maths and Science

All applicants must show a desire to continue with their education. We offer a variety of career paths (including project management, work winning, estimating, quantity surveying, purchasing) and the company is structured so that those with talent and enthusiasm will receive the responsibility and rewards to match.

Many of our current management and fully qualified employees have progressed through our comprehensive training scheme, and with the right attitude, the same rewards could be yours. We offer a good basic salary, a structured training programme leading to a recognised qualification, a varied working environment, and excellent career prospects.

We work in partnership with a national network of colleges providing some of the best training the industry has to offer, with day release provided to gain recognised qualifications, which will provide you the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to satisfy and achieve the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineering end point assessment.

We are committed to developing young talent and providing further training and career development, with a commitment to ensure over 10% of all employees are in ‘earn and learn’ positions, with our current figure over 14%. Further training and qualifications are identified by annual personal development reviews where employees can express their interest for additional training to aid career progression.
