TipTopJob is seeking a Technical and Compliance Manager for a full-time, office-based role in Bradford. You will oversee technical and regulatory compliance across the product range, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure conformity with UK and international safety standards.

You will manage documentation, testing, certification, and continuous improvement efforts, while collaborating with internal teams to maintain accurate product information and drive quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical, product compliance, quality or regulatory role.
• Experience within the furniture, manufacturing or consumer goods sector.
• Experience managing supplier technical documentation and compliance records.
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to interpret technical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills with confidence working alongside international suppliers.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical and compliance requirements across the product range.

• Conduct supplier performance and compliance reviews.

• Assist with quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all technical and compliance requirements across the product range.

• General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
• Product Safety Legislation
• EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)
• Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR)
• Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations (where applicable)
• UK and EU product compliance requirements

About You

• Previous experience in a technical, product compliance, quality or regulatory role.
• Experience within the furniture, manufacturing or consumer goods sector.
• Experience managing supplier technical documentation and compliance records.
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Working Hours

• 37.5 hours per week.
