Join us as a Technical Analyst, where you'll spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence.

The purpose of this role is to support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.

To be successful as a Technical Analyst, you should:

Essential Skills

  • Be able to analyse business problems, map out customer and colleague journeys, and articulate them into requirements to find appropriate solutions supporting business outcomes and delivery timelines.
  • Have good stakeholder management skills, able to present information to senior stakeholders in an informed manner, and provide recommendations based on analysis.
  • Have a good knowledge of wider programmes within their sub-function, understand how work intertwines, and liaise with colleagues across other functions to deliver results.

Desirable Skills

  • Having good technical knowledge of virtual products and services.

You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in the role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.

Location: Glasgow, Northampton, or Knutsford

Accountabilities

  • Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements requiring change within the organization.
  • Develop business requirements to address these problems and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs.
  • Support the creation of business cases justifying investments.
  • Conduct feasibility studies on proposed solutions.
  • Support reports on project progress to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Create operational and process designs to ensure solutions are delivered within scope.
  • Assist in change management activities, including developing traceability matrices to ensure successful implementation and embedding of solutions.
