ADS Consulting is expanding its Business Consulting services within Sopra Steria. We provide Business & Transformation and Technology Consulting to clients, delivering technology strategy and complex infrastructure delivery.

As a Technical Advisory Consultant, you will combine deep technical expertise with consulting, engaging senior stakeholders and guiding delivery in defence, government, and high-assurance environments. This hybrid UK-based role with travel to client sites.

Qualifications

Experience delivering tech strategy and transformation in defence/government sectors.
Strong engagement with C-level stakeholders.
Experience in secure delivery models and governance.
Background in large-scale hosting and data centres.

Responsibilities

Provide technical advisory translating challenges into objectives.
Lead hands-on delivery of complex infrastructure and enterprise IT solutions in defence/government.
Engage with senior client stakeholders to shape technology strategy.
Mentor delivery teams and ensure project execution.
Balance delivery with governance, security, and resilience.
Support bids and identify new consulting opportunities.
