Job description

To provide pre and post sales advice on a range of Gardena, Flymo and McCulloch products, supporting the customer service desk on queries. Answering technical emails and calls. Management of the social media questions and reviews. Planning and implementing Robotic Installations, handling escalated queries from customer service team. Responsibilities: • Managing the online questions and reviews providing professional and accurate information in a timely manor • Answering questions on our customers online websites to ensure all products are available for sale and all questions and reviews answered to increase profile and customer satisfaction • To attend telephone appointments with customers on Robotics, questions about which model to purchase, key features, installation advice and any technical questions end users have. • Answering emails and calls on the departments dealer support line & email address, supporting customer service team on technical questions. • Handling warranty queries and claims from our retailers and repair partners. • In house repairs on Product & training with the repair agents (possible travel) • Assisting in ‘how to’ films to be uploaded to the company website and social media • Ability to create cross departmental Relationships and to maintain good working practices to the company guidelines Additional qualifications: Customer Service experience Experience in a customer service environment answering calls, emails answering online reviews and questions Technical know how, how to investigate and trouble shoot technical products. Reading technical drawings Ability to focus on solutions rather than the problems Confidence in managing customer expectations Experience in using the Microsoft Office Applications Excellent Organisational and communication skills Able to work on own initiative
