Job summary

THG is a global ecommerce group with brands like LOOKFANTASTIC and Myprotein. The Technical Administrator role supports eQMS administration, document control, and quality reporting across multiple sites from our Manchester base.

You’ll work with site teams to ensure audit readiness, manage NCR/SCAR tracking, and assist in CAPA activities while contributing to ongoing quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Technical Administration, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Proficiency with digital platforms, databases, or electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS), and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication to train site users and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tracking systems and timelines.

Responsibilities

• eQMS & Document Control: administer user accounts, configurations, approvals, and maintenance.
• Complaint & Incident Reporting: monitor portals, coordinate investigations, and generate quality reports.
• Audit & Site Compliance: maintain the group audit calendar, track certifications, and support CAPA/RCA processes.

Why be a Technical Administrator at THG Nutrition?

The Technical Administrator administers the group’s electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) acrossseven sites. This role is part of out centra technical team and is a chance to ensure robust document control, accuratecomplaint reporting, and continuous audit readiness by supporting both central functions and site technical teams.

1.eQMS& Document Control

• System Administration:Manage user accounts, form configurations, approval paths, and general system maintenance.
• Training & Support:Deliver user training on coreeQMSmodules andassistsite teams with system troubleshooting.
• Document Management:Oversee the upload, review, and version control of group-wide policies and technical procedures.

2. Complaint & Incident Reporting

• Portal & Complaint Administration:Monitorexternal customer/retailer complaint portals and coordinate fulfillment-related investigations.
• Data & Reporting:Cleanse complaint data, perform trend analyses, and generate regular quality reports.
• Investigation Support:Assistcentral and site teams with root-cause analysis (RCA) investigations.

3. Audit & Site Compliance Support

• Audit & Compliance Coordination:Maintainthe group audit calendar, track supplier certification statuses, andmaintainorganisedaudit folders.
• CAPA & Risk Tracking:Monitoroutstanding Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR), escalatingrisksas necessary.
• Operational & Meeting Support:Support sites during low-resource periods and coordinate weekly technical update meetings.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

• Experience: Prior experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Technical Administration, preferably within food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Technical Skills: Proficiencywith digital platforms, databases, or electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS), alongside strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Communication:** **Strong communicationskills with the ability to train site users and professionally handle customer inquiries.
• Organisation: Excellent detail orientation with a proven ability to manage multiple tracking systems and timelines.
