About The Role

As a Technical Administrator, you will support Balfour Beatty by maintaining IT systems, managing technical documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations across projects.

About The Role

As a Technical Administrator, you will support Balfour Beatty by maintaining IT systems, managing technical documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations across projects.

What you'll be doing

  • General Admin duties – Minutes of meetings/typing/photocopying/scanning;
  • Cover reception when required - Screen telephone calls, deal with messages and enquiries;
  • Cover Plan of the day when required;
  • Book conference rooms – internally and externally for the team meetings;

Administration Duties

Processing of various paper and electronic records for the project(s) including:

  • Briefings & Inspections
  • Driver & vehicle records
  • HSE records

Support the production of various weekly and monthly reports including

  • HSE Report
  • HE reports
  • Road Reports

Data Entry

Undertake data entry of records into the various databases for the DBFO projects. Ensure that records are accurate and provided reports and information is updated within required timescales.

Depot & Office support

Monitor stock levels of equipment and supplies for operations and office team, and ordering with the DBFO office manager, co-ordinate annual services, repairs.

Other Duties

Other duties may include

  • Cover for weekly staff Payroll for annual leave
  • Office management support
  • Data entry
