This role supports the Technical Team with administrative responsibilities, including document preparation, meeting coordination, diary management, and ensuring smooth project communication.

- Attending meetings, taking minutes, and distributing them
- Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas
- Supporting HUG packs and Health & Safety files
- Assisting with technical documentation and organising CPD events
- Maintaining training records and managing the Technical Team diary

- Providing reception cover and team support as needed
