What You\'ll Do
  • Support the specification team: update CRM records, log activities, and track project milestones
  • Proactively follow up with architects, engineers, and design teams to keep specifications live
  • Book CPD seminars and design meetings, issuing certificates and ensuring a professional service
  • Maintain specification platforms (e.g. NBS/Keylink), running reports and keeping data accurate
  • Chase NADs (Next Action Dates) and ensure project pipelines are up to date
  • Provide day-to-day administration to keep sales and technical teams running smoothly
About You
  • Background in administration, sales support, or customer service (ideally in construction/products)
  • Confident communicator, comfortable making follow-up calls and handling enquiries
  • Strong IT skills with CRM and Microsoft Office; detail-focused and organised
  • Friendly, proactive, and ambitious – whether you want progression or long-term stability
