Job summary

Talentedge Recruitment Limited partners with a high-growth AI startup in London to appoint its first dedicated Technical Accounting Lead. You will own the financial infrastructure, establish IFRS-compliant reporting across multiple entities, and build scalable finance operations from the ground up.

Reporting to a CFO, the role will initially focus on accounting and controls, with future scope to expand into FP&A and investor reporting as the function evolves.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in IFRS and technical accounting standards.
• Experience owning full sets of accounts.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, standalone capacity.
• Financial precision and control.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of financial reporting and the general ledger.
• Rebuild and standardise financial records to scalable foundation.
• Implement robust FinOps processes and internal controls.
• Deliver IFRS-compliant reporting across the business.
• Lead consolidation across multiple legal entities.
• Contribute to FP&A and investor reporting development.
