Remuneration: £38,000 - £43,000 neg + £3,600 guaranteed bonus + 2 further bonuses based on company profit & sales targets

The role involves conducting site/property inspections, surveys, and training; promoting epoxy resins and fillers for wood repair; providing technical and practical knowledge to contractors and clients; reporting findings via CRM; training new employees; and working closely with the London Specification Account Manager, Merchandiser, and Internal Sales Executive. The target is to achieve circa £1.5m in sales.

The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching, training, or demonstrations within construction; have worked as a Sales, Carpenter, Joiner, Painter, Decorator, or similar roles dealing with epoxy, resin, or paints; be physically fit; possess strong CRM and presentation skills; have practical and commercial knowledge of timber/joinery repair; excellent communication skills; and ideally some knowledge of paint systems for timber. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and service orientation are essential.
