Client Market Operations provides a range of customer and operational services across the London Stock Exchange Group. The core services provided by the department are: Technical Account Management, onboarding, software certification, client support, and market operations services.

Role description
The Technical Account Management Team handles relationships with the technical contacts at member firms, software providers, and data vendors. The team is responsible for technical onboarding, face-to-face customer meetings, technical consultations, functional support, client readiness, and acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
The team provides support for markets and services including: London Stock Exchange, Turquoise, TRADEcho, Group Ticker Plant (GTP), and RNS Data Feed products.
