Role description

The Technical Account Management Team handles relationships with the technical contacts at member firms, software providers, and data vendors. The team is responsible for technical onboarding, face-to-face customer meetings, technical consultations, functional support, client readiness, and acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.

The team provides support for markets and services including: London Stock Exchange, Turquoise, TRADEcho, Group Ticker Plant (GTP), and RNS Data Feed products.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the technical relationship with assigned accounts.
  • Provide functional support, technical advice, and project information during product and system upgrades and changes.
  • Assess the impact of proposed product and system changes on client systems and communicate feedback to internal teams.
  • Identify client readiness activities and act as the technical lead for projects.
  • Coordinate with software development, project management, network support, and business teams during onboarding and system development.

  • A degree in technology, business, or engineering is preferred.
