About our Team

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be a vital team member working with diverse technologies and disciplines.

About the Role

The Customer Support Team focuses on providing high-quality service to support clients, acting as the first point of contact and managing SLAs around incident investigation and escalation.

Responsibilities

  1. Communicate directly with client technical and business teams to understand requirements and provide recommendations.
  2. Assess clients' needs, optimize software and processes, and identify training needs.
  3. Document technical requirements, follow up on requests, and resolve support issues.
  4. Provide timely updates, perform root-cause analysis, and develop support process improvements.
  5. Manage critical support escalations, serving as the point of contact and trusted advisor.
  6. Assess customer risks and recommend appropriate services.

Requirements

  1. High-level customer service skills and relationship management.
  2. Experience in technical support or customer advocacy roles.
  3. Ability to solve complex technical issues through research and analysis.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
