Technical Account Manager – EMM, MDM, Pre-Sales

A Technical Account Manager is required by Whitehall Resources for a permanent position with one of our global clients based in Surrey. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with travel across the UK (up to 70%) to support client delivery and relationship management.

As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full customer lifecycle across enterprise mobility and device management (EMM/MDM) solutions, managing both technical implementation and commercial growth. You’ll support on-premise deployments, lead technical engagements, and identify upsell opportunities within key public sector and enterprise accounts.

Do you have?
Experience in technical account management or solution engineering?
Hands-on delivery of MDM/EMM solutions?
Strong commercial acumen and a track record in upsell and renewals?
Experience managing large enterprise or public sector accounts?
Excellent client-facing, consultative selling, and presentation skills?
