Are you passionate about the science behind baking and the relationships that keep the industry thriving? We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to join a leading bakery supplies organisation, supporting clients with expert guidance, product solutions, and hands-on technical support.

About the Role

As Technical Account Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients—bakeries, manufacturers, and foodservice businesses—helping them get the most out of our ingredients and solutions. You'll work closely with R&D, sales, and production teams to ensure our products meet client needs, troubleshoot technical challenges, and deliver training and demos that inspire confidence and loyalty.

This is a home-based role with regular travel to client sites, so flexibility and autonomy are key.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their technical needs
  • Providing on-site support, training, and troubleshooting for bakery products and processes
  • Collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions and drive product development
  • Supporting trials, launches, and technical presentations
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimise performance and quality
