Technical Account Manager

This role is designed as a hybrid position, expecting an average of 2 days per week working from an HPE office.

Job Description:

As a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with the partner account manager (PAM) to develop and execute business and technical strategies with partners, focusing on HPE Aruba networking solutions. Your role includes building trusted advisor relationships with senior technical management, ensuring partners have the necessary technical capabilities, supporting customer engagements, and assisting with bids and escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Collaborate with the PAM to develop partner business plans, set strategies, identify skill gaps, and participate in quarterly reviews.
  2. Technical Enablement: Provide product updates, ensure certification and skills development, support solution design, and maintain lab capabilities.
  3. Customer Engagement: Support customer interactions, deliver presentations, coordinate with HPE teams, and promote Airheads membership.
  4. Bids & Tenders: Assist partners in understanding tender processes and facilitate responses.
  5. Partner Support: Manage TAC escalations, ensure technical support processes are understood, and monitor partner resources and training.

Education & Experience:

  • College degree or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
