The Role
Ensure the efficient operation of a well-established recycling facility by managing staff rotas, sickness, and holidays. Recruit and manage a pool of candidates to keep the plant fully staffed, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, service, and compliance.
The Technical Account Manager will develop expertise in the sector, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the business to recruit, train, and support the workforce effectively.
