As a Technical Account Manager at Broadridge, you will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on our front-office solutions, acting as the key liaison between our clients and internal teams such as Product Management, Account Management, and Client Support. This is a client-facing role where you will develop deep partnerships, build a strong understanding of client needs, and advocate for their success within our organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from our solutions.

  • Lead issue resolution as the main escalation point for complex technical challenges, managing communication and driving swift resolution.

  • Facilitate post-incident reviews while implementing proactive improvements to prevent recurrence.

  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication of milestones and proactive risk management.

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to translate client feedback into product and service enhancements.

  • Deliver engaging presentations, foster client trust, and continuously strengthen relationships.

This is a hybrid position, blending in-office collaboration at your assigned Broadridge office with the flexibility of working from home.

Role Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients in a consultative way to propose solutions or gather business case requirements

  • Translate business requirements into technical documentation

  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and timely delivery to clients

  • Lead training sessions on system functionality to relevant client users

  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients

  • Monitor Client account health, satisfaction and proactively address risks. Communicate client feedback to relevant teams internally to identify potential product enhancements

  • Work with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in software implementation, project management, account management, or a related role, preferably in the investment management or financial services industry.

  • Hands-on configurations experience

  • Familiarity with investment management concepts, including portfolio management, trading, accounting, and reporting.

  • Experience working with traditional buy-side institutions (i.e., hedge funds, asset managers, etc.)

  • Familiarity with equity, fixed income, and/or derivative markets

  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of database structures, data integration, and APIs.

  • Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, and workflow visualization software (e.g., Visio).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with investment management software (e.g., Charles River, Eze, or other similar platforms).

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) is a plus

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
