Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own hiring across a range of technical roles, building strong pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You’ll partner with Hiring Managers to structure processes end-to-end, challenge assumptions, and use data to improve outcomes. Diversity and inclusive hiring are core to Monzo’s approach. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with UK-wide distributed/hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for fast-paced, product-focused tech companies.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusiveness.
• Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
• Empathetic, adaptable and respectful of candidates.
• Ability to influence stakeholders with different needs.
• Experience recruiting in-house at a startup or scale-up.
• Experience recruiting for engineering OR design roles.

• Balance pace with quality and deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Work with Hiring Managers to structure and run end-to-end hiring processes.
