Qualifications

• Experience in technology strategy, business analysis or transformation.
• Understanding of technology operating models, capability models and operating model design.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support development of technology strategies and future-state operating models.
• Analyse business needs and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Design technology operating models, capability frameworks and org structures.
• Support IT service management improvements, including ITIL-based approaches.
• Help organisations transition to product-based operating models, DevOps and value-stream thinking.
• Contribute to technology and cloud transformation programmes and capability development.
• Map business processes and identify inefficiencies for improved services.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality transformations.
