Job summary

Pets at Home is seeking a Head of Technology Strategy & Strategic Partnerships to shape tomorrow’s technology landscape and translate emerging capabilities into practical business value. You will lead horizon scanning, partner with Microsoft, Salesforce and others, and craft a five-year technology roadmap aligned with commercial goals.

You will work closely with the Development Director and senior leaders to prepare the executive team for decisive investments, pilots, and co-innovation

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and AI horizon scanning, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Shape and refresh a rolling five-year technology strategy and roadmap.
• Build a pipeline of technology opportunities tied to business value.
• Own relationships with strategic technology partners, including Microsoft and Salesforce.
• Create early access, pilots, experiments and co-innovation opportunities.
• Turn complex tech developments into compelling executive and board recommendations.
