Job summary

Guide Dogs is seeking a Strategic Technology Business Partner to bridge technology and business, driving strategic plans and measurable improvements. You will partner with senior leaders, translate business needs into technology roadmaps, and champion best practices across IS and Digital.

The role supports flexible, predominantly home-based work with occasional site visits across the UK.

Qualifications

Qualified or experienced Technology Professional with significant strategy and transformation experience.
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Technology or aligned discipline.
Experience in complex transformation and change management.
Understanding of business analysis and process mapping.
Knowledge of digital landscape across digital disciplines.
Experience with matrix management in large organisations.
Experience in business analysis, process improvement and UX.

Responsibilities

Build influential relationships with senior leadership to enable strategic plans.
Ensure technology policies, services and best practices are understood as customer champion.
Develop and review processes embedding strategic technology and service management.
Act as escalation point for all Technology Services issues.
