Job summary

loc8me seeks a Director of IT, Systems and Security to lead the strategic technology vision, cyber security, and digital infrastructure across the business. You will shape the architecture, enable scalable platforms, and partner with leadership to drive growth.

The role focuses on secure, reliable IT delivery, data integrity, and aligning tech with product and operational goals while managing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles within property, lettings or related service.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Track record of implementing operational systems and driving performance.
• High-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the company’s technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own the technology roadmap, ensuring systems, platforms, infrastructure and integrations meet current and future needs.
• Define and maintain the technical architecture for scalable, reliable and secure solutions.
• Provide clear technology guidance to SLT for planning, investment and performance.
• Lead AI strategy development and governance across the organisation.
• Oversee cyber security standards, risk management and incident response planning.
