Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting is expanding its technology practice in London and Paris, offering a hybrid role for experienced Strategy Consultants or Managers. You will work with senior leaders and clients on complex technology engagements, leading workstreams and guiding research and analysis to actionable recommendations.

You will develop junior colleagues, build client relationships, and contribute to significant transactions and strategic projects in a dynamic tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting or equivalent analytical environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience leading workstreams or managing project teams.
• Interest in and/or experience with the technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams or case teams on technology sector engagements.
• Define key questions, structure project approaches and set analytical priorities with clients and senior team members.
• Guide research and analysis across markets, customers, competitors and business performance.
• Synthesize findings into clear insights, recommendations and implications for clients.
• Oversee development of client deliverables, including presentations and models.
• Develop junior colleagues and build relationships with clients.
• Monitor project progress and communicate delivery risks to senior team members.
• Contribute to proposals and business development for the technology practice.
