Tech Services Analyst – London (Office-Based)


Location: Central London
Contract: Permanent
Working Model: Primarily on-site (4 days a week)
Start Date: ASAP

A fast-growing technology company within the energy sector is seeking a Tech Services Analyst to join their internal support team based in London. This organisation is focused on accelerating the transition to a more sustainable, affordable, and resilient energy future. Supporting both UK and international colleagues, this role is key to maintaining operational efficiency as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-line IT support (remote and desk-side) to internal staff

Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and AV-related issues

Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup

Maintain and improve internal documentation and technical procedures

Monitor systems and ensure a consistent support experience across global teams

Manage office tech equipment and ensure AV systems operate effectively for events

Collaborate with teams in different time zones and provide handovers as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in an IT support or technical service desk role

Experience supporting Mac hardware, ChromeOS, and Google Workspace

Familiarity with AV systems and conferencing tools

Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking

Ability to follow and improve technical processes and procedures

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience with both Mac and ChromeOS operating systems

Experience working in a scale-up or technology-led organisation
