Job summary

Apogee is a UK-leading warehouse and logistics provider recruiting for a Warehouse Operative. You will manage movement, storage and dispatch of goods with a focus on accuracy, pace and meeting daily targets.

This hands-on role requires physical stamina and strict adherence to processes. Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 with a one-hour lunch, you will contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment while benefiting from a competitive benefits package and colleague wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, production or similar fast-paced environment.
• Able to work to targets or deadlines in a previous role.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in picking and packing.
• Reliable, punctual and able to maintain consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process goods, unload against orders and check for discrepancies.
• Pick items accurately and pack securely with correct documentation.
• Maintain organized stock locations and assist inventory control.
• Prepare and load orders for dispatch and ensure correct paperwork.
