Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Retail Expert at the Bluewater store to showcase cutting-edge Dyson products, deliver expert advice, and create premium customer experiences. The role involves hands-on demos, guiding customers, and building relationships on a dynamic, tech-forward retail floor.

You will work 14 hours per week on a rota that includes weekends, in a store environment where you contribute to achieving store targets and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right products.
• Enthusiasm for technology and ability to discuss Dyson innovations confidently.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers.
• Retail experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored product recommendations that suit each customer's needs.
