Job summary

Currys is seeking a Retail Sales Colleague in the United Kingdom (Scotland) to join our store team. The role offers 15-30 hours per week with flexibility to work additional hours.

Pay starts at £12.71 per hour with an average bonus of 89p per hour, increasing to £13.01 after probation. You’ll attend a two to three day induction either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham, to gain the skills to sell, serve and support customers.

Qualifications

• No in-depth knowledge of tech required; two to three day induction either virtually or at Currys academy.
• Available to work flexibly including weekends.
• Approachable and friendly.
• Keen to learn about the latest technology.
• Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer experience targets.

Responsibilities

• Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
• Making every customer interaction memorable.
• Offering support services like delivery and installation, recycling and ways to pay.
• Contributing towards the overall sales performance of the store.
