Job summary

Currys is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Colleague in the UK. The role operates 8 hours per week with flexibility for more hours. Base pay £12.71 per hour, with an average bonus of 89p per hour, potentially rising to £13.01 after probation.

Induction is 2–3 days, virtual or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Shifts include weekends; stores open 9am–8pm generally. You’ll learn to sell, serve and support customers, benefit from 30 days annual leave and a competitive pension, plus product

Qualifications

• No in-depth tech knowledge required; induction provided.
• Induction lasts 2–3 days, virtual or at Currys academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham.

Responsibilities

• Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
• Make every customer interaction memorable.
• Offer delivery and installation, recycling and payment help.
• Contribute to overall store sales performance.
• Work across different departments and product ranges.
• Assist with running the store by completing operational tasks.
