Job summary

Currys is seeking a Retail Sales Colleague to join our team in the UK. You’ll work 8 hours per week with the possibility of extra hours, earning £12.71 per hour plus an average 89p bonus per hour, rising to £13.01 base after probation.

Induction is provided to help you sell, serve, and support customers across our stores. Shifts typically include weekends; stores open 9am–8pm and training is conducted at our Birmingham academy or virtually.

Qualifications

• No in-depth knowledge of tech required; induction provided.
• Weekend availability preferred.
• Attendance at induction in Birmingham (Fort Dunlop) or virtual.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs by asking the right questions.
• Make every customer interaction memorable and service-focused.
• Promote delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
• Contribute to overall store sales performance.
• Collaborate across departments and product ranges; support store operations.
