Job summary

Currys is recruiting a Retail Sales Colleague to help customers find the right tech and receive excellent service. You’ll join a team that values collaboration, learning, and growth, with induction in store or virtually and ongoing training to stay confident with the latest products.

Hours are 8 per week with flexibility to work extra, paid at £12.71 per hour plus an average 89p bonus per hour. Probation boosts to £13.01 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service roles preferred.
• Able to learn product features and explain them to customers.
• Confident in reaching personal sales and service targets.
• Good communication and a friendly, helpful approach.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and understand needs to recommend products.
• Help with delivery and installation services where required.
• Support store operations and merchandising across departments.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist in processing purchases and customer queries.
