We are seeking a solution-oriented, self-motivated, and ambitious individual who is tech-savvy and capable of taking on a busy Operations Manager role. Our client is an ethnographical research firm that collaborates with major tech companies and other clients to uncover vital consumer data globally, aiding their business growth. They are looking for a confident, positive, and proactive new team member for their operations team.

The team is composed of intelligent, passionate, yet down-to-earth and friendly people. The primary focus of this role is to identify and improve processes and systems to enhance business efficiency, streamline operations, and contribute to overall success. The successful candidate will work under the mentorship of the Director of Operations, who is highly supportive and experienced. There is significant room for growth in this role, and the company values innovative thinkers who can leverage AI tools to find solutions and implement improvements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in admin, operations, events, or as a PA. They must be tech-savvy, experienced in using various tech tools to facilitate their work, and quick to learn new applications. Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, and G Suite are essential.
