Join Teya's UK Operations team and support our sellers across the UK, including Independent Sales, Field Sales and Partnerships. You will handle high-volume inbound queries via calls, email and chat, provide first-line support and document interactions in our system.

Formación

• Previous experience in an inbound customer services or technical support role.
• Technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions.
• Ability to work proactively and support customers within guidelines.
• Experience advising or providing technical support over the phone.

Responsabilidades

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls/emails/web chats.
• Providing 1st line support and handling escalations from sellers.
• Maintain accurate record keeping and update notes in the database.
• Handle complaints and escalate to senior management when needed.
• Assist senior management by identifying trends and issues.
