The Team:

Our Risk Consulting group uses diverse technical and sector-specific skills to help clients increase profits while reducing risks. We handle issues like fraud, compliance, risk frameworks, capital efficiency, governance, dispute resolution, and contract value extraction.

Technology Risk Consulting (TRC) is a rapidly expanding department with about 200+ professionals, half based in London. We serve clients such as BP, Booking.com, HSBC, LSEG, HMRC, and NHS, often working internationally and in cooperation with other KPMG offices.

We provide assurance and transformation services including IT and ERP controls, GRC operating models, IT Security, control automation, SOX 404 frameworks, and independent project assurance.

The successful candidate will engage in client-facing activities and relationship building.

Description of the role:

This role focuses on expanding our Oracle offerings within the ERP & Business Systems team, including services like assurance, controls transformation, process optimization, and GRC implementations. Responsibilities include delivering services, developing business, and building relationships with blue-chip organizations as a subject matter expert.

Key activities include:

  • Ensuring quality and timely delivery of client engagements
  • Managing scope, finances, risks, and deliverables
  • Building client relationships at senior levels
  • Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
  • Coaching team members

Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales and responding to RFPs
  • Leading Oracle assurance/advisory engagements
  • Overseeing project scope, finances, and deliverables
  • Maintaining client networks at executive levels
  • Promoting Oracle capabilities within KPMG
  • Expanding Oracle services in target segments
  • Training and developing team members
  • Leading product development and innovation in Oracle, GRC, data, and analytics technologies

The Person:

Experience and Background:

  • Experience with Oracle business analysis and core financial processes
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and Oracle
  • Functional experience with Oracle GRC and Financials
  • Experience with Oracle Release 12 and Fusion
  • Data analysis skills with Oracle tools
  • Understanding of industry-supporting technology platforms
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to relate technical data to business context
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability to deliver within deadlines and budgets

Qualifications and Skills:
