Job Description:

The Role

A Manager with an Oracle Controls focus within the team would typically be responsible for delivering all Oracle service lines as part of the ERP & Business Systems team, developing new business from existing clients and prospects, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves establishing oneself as a subject matter expert in assurance and consulting support related to Oracle.

Responsibilities

  • Leading multiple Oracle assurance and advisory engagements.
  • Managing the overall output from client engagements.
  • Overseeing scoping, financial management, delivery risk, and review of deliverables.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients at CIO, CFO, and Internal Audit levels.
  • Developing internal networks and promoting the ERP & Business Systems capability within KPMG.
  • Expanding Oracle services in specific segments such as B2C and B2B across various sectors.
  • Coaching and developing team members and training the wider Technology Risk Consulting team.
  • Leading product development and innovation in Oracle GRC, data, and analytics technologies.
  • Identifying and progressing business development opportunities, including responding to RFPs and client presentations.

Experience and Background

  • Experience in Oracle business analysis and understanding of core financial processes within an Oracle environment.
  • Experience with ERP and business systems like SAP and Oracle.
  • Functional experience with Oracle GRC and Financials.
  • Experience with Oracle Release 12 and Oracle Fusion is advantageous.
  • Experience using Oracle data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of industry-supporting technology platforms.
  • Ability to present industry topics effectively to large groups.
  • Knowledge of system risks and controls in a business context.
  • Strong relationship development skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines and budgets.
